    For your furry canine kids we offer accommodations to meet every size, shape and budget. From our cozy den like comforts to our spacious suites complete with flat screen TVs and webcams we will find the perfect fit to accommodate teeny tiny, extra large or even multiple dog families. We offer airy indoor rooms and plenty of outdoor space to roam and romp in. At Pet N Play we're confident that the end of the day after the last bedtime kiss has been given, your dog will sleep like a baby!

• Splash N Play Doggy Water Park

  The Splash N Play Doggy Waterpark is the first of its kind in the Hudson Valley - an oasis designed for daycare and overnight guests to, well, splash and play all summer long.

  • K9 Grass

    K9 Grass is artificial turf specifically designed for doggy play yards. It's specially knit to encourage draining and it's totally sanitary, meaning no more mud puppies after play group! It's also safer than play yard alternatives. It's indestructible, so the dogs can't eat it. And in addition to being naturally anti-microbial, we have the ability to completely sanitize our yards each day.

  • FURminator Shed-Less Treatments for our furry friends who are just a little too furry.

    This patented Shed-Less system decreases shedding by 75% for dogs such as Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Huskies, Terriers and many other breeds. It works wonders on cats as well!

• Doggy Day Care

  • Doggy Day Care is more than just a fun time

    Doggy Day Care is more than just a fun time - it is a unique opportunity to let your dog romp and play in the fresh air with other dogs who have all been vaccinated, temperament tested and spayed or neutered. Our playgroups are matched by size and play-style, and provide a safe way for your dog to interact and play with others, with consistent direction and correction from our certified staff trained in group dynamics and canine body language. Your dog can play for hours and then take a nap next to it's new best friend.

  • So drop them off on the way to work and pick them up on the way home - they'll love it!

    A happy, exercised, and relaxed dog will come home at the end of the day.

  • Hours

    7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday

  • Socialization Assessment

    Before being accepted into playgroup, all dogs must pass an initial temperament test which evaluates how well they communicate and play with other dogs, assesses their play style and energy level and rules out any possible aggression issues. All dogs are expected to know their basic commands including: down, sit, stay and come and may be required to demonstrate those commands before being considered for daycare.

  • For dogs who require a more personalized experience, we are now offering Private Daycare.

    Your dog will enjoy 20 minutes of one-on-one play time with the option to add additional play or training sessions.

  • Weekend Daycare

    Offered Saturday and Sunday 8:00a.m. through 6:00p.m.

  • Tuition Program

    Avoid the hassle of making reservations AND enjoy a discounted rate! Simply choose how many days per week you want your dog to attend daycare and which days of the week you would like them to attend. The days of the week will remain the same week to week. Tuition is based on the number of days your pet attends daycare each week and charged at the beginning of each month.

  • S.T.A.R. Puppy Pre-School

    S.T.A.R. Puppy Preschool is a new program from the AKC designed to get your puppy off to a good start and on the road to becoming a Canine Good Citizen. It's a fact that what your puppy learns during their first six month is going to play a major role in what kind of adult dog you will have. This hands-on course covers all the basics, including socialization, feeding, house training, basic obedience, handling, problem prevention and the keys to communicating with your new best friend! Class concludes with the S.T.A.R. Puppy Test, which tests your puppy's new skills and readies you for more advanced obedience training. Amazing value for your puppy's essential development!   • Basic Obedience Class

    In this class, we will work on basic on-leash obedience. Your dog will learn to walk nicely on-leash without pulling, to sit-stay, down-stay, come and go to their "place" on command, and to "leave it" when told to. Most importantly they will learn how to work around other dogs! For dogs ages 18 weeks to senior; no prior obedience experience is required!

  • Beyond Basic

    After your dog has completed S.T.A.R. Puppy Preschool or Basic Obedience, it's time to take your new skills to the next level! Can your dog sit, down, stay, and come if a tennis ball or toy is flying by? How about if other dogs or people are strolling by? In this class, we will reinforce the behaviors that our dogs already learned through distraction, distance, and duration so our environment does not dictate whether our dogs can listen. This is an intermediate class that requires solid basic obedience skills, and participants are required to have completed either Basic or S.T.A.R. Puppy Preschool.

  • Tricks Class

    Learning tricks is not only great mental exercise and a great way to burn energy – it's fun! In this class, we use playful and entertaining tricks to develop healthy relationships and improved communication between dogs and their humans. This is a great obedience class for anyone looking for a fun, challenging alternative to the traditional obedience class.
